For those recently laid off that are bonus eligible, did they give you a bonus for all your 2025 work or offset you not getting one somehow?

Nope, not a chance. I had a great year and I am getting nothing but severance.

This company is sh-t, I was laid off Oct 30th and honest, ended up with something so much better and I’m so happy I was cut.
This isn’t a MN or even an American company, they cater to India and Philippines, I hope they leave the country completely. Fu-ken hate this company!
Be mindful that what is written in your RIF is what happens, expect zero RRP if you say “but someone told me I’d get a bonus” and the paperwork only specifies a severance amount and nothing else.
Nope. They aren’t giving it to me or making up for it in any way. I had been there almost 19 years so just getting 18 weeks of severance but nothing for my RRP
I was told I'd get mine. We'll see
