This CFO seems to be quite full of himself and really likes to have his ego stroked.
Also, there seems to be a disconnect with "We are going to have a great year" and cutting our comp by 1% (through the reduction in 401k match) and pathetic raise amounts.
If 100x AI myth is put to bed, investors realize they hold a boring utility with unusually high regulatory capture and scrutiny. So the myth lives on.
