@6qa yep, some of the emails we get are out of control, just think how much money we would save by not having all these stupid different clubs ( these exclude a lot of people) and focus on all the actual work that needs to be done. Cut the DEI cr-p and spend the money on R&D or our own people! I also agree it's a double standard to allow SEs and Business Analysts to work remotely and then expect others to RTO. This company was once a good place to work. Politics has ruined it, and so has a wretched and shameful HR Dept that is not on our side.

Zebra is more into woke politics and its leaders just look out for themselves.

Still, the Business Analysts, SEs, and PMs are exempt from working from a physical office. It's crazy that they force RTO and then lay these people off. Building closings next?

Layoffs have been happening across the board since Q4'25. CEO doesn't have a clue, and other than CMO, Chief Strategy Officer, CTO and Chief Legal Officer the e-team is shockingly weak. A major issue is that Zebra refuses to adapt to a Device as a Service model demanded by enterprise grade customers around the globe. And the "strategy" of preaching that Zebra is a solutions company rings hollow with an internal sales force and Partner ecosystem that knows success equates to pushing more boxes because Zebra is all over the place in terms of software, services and delivery of true industry-specific solutions. So the CEO and CRO can keep angrily insisting that Zebra is a solutions company (which is needs to be), but reality doesn't equate. Also, major Partners are dismayed with Zebra's attempts to compete in their space in terms of professional services, managed device services, asset visibility services, repair contracts, etc. Also, ask yourself this question. Why did the Chief Product Officer bolt out the door a few months ago? And why hasn't the CEO been able to identify a successor?
