@OP yes LTI for all but it’s barely nominal at the first few levels then gets to be pretty good relative to any non oil company assuming the price doesn’t tank. Doesn’t compare to some of what our peers do though. It hasn’t really been adjusted in probably 10 years so way low based on inflation.
