I believe in an effort to reduce costs they have now sold the offices to another company.
Whilst the office space was always too large, despite grand plans from the management team, selling and reducing footprint certainly sounds like a desperate measure. At least that’s what our competitors are saying to the customers.
Mono sales and team shrinking due to strong competition, beginning of the end before someone buys them.

This behaviour has been going on for years, at least 40 that I know.
Management have created this and the current lot are too interested in saving their own careers, they won’t rock the boat until they have to.
Eve when orders have been slow, there has always been overtime working to lose sure they could find their luxury cars.
Will never change until the place closes!
Was in Saturday did not see supervision. People doing what they want talking going missing for 2 or 3hours . There is nobody here to stop this the management need to address this. People getting paid time and half to sleep or just chat . Needs sorting
Big chief not happy. See what happens to many heads in rubber shop and machine shop. The new pump will see people lose there jobs he's only here for a reason cut heads and cost. Supervision are shocking .they are scared to tell people off who are doing nothing but talk all day ie . Packing do nothing all week and then she gives them overtime for there great work .
Ur right some of these supervisors need sacking. People are walking all over the especially on my shift in pump fitting. Tom let's them do what they want alan steels goes toilet for 1 hour with his bo-m and geoff u never see . But tom allows all this his lads can go for a brew and some toast. And he says nothing too them . The place has fallen apart it needs a overall. Other wise it's not looking good. 1 pi---d off packer who loves Sundays.

@OP so because of a few numptys in rubber shop everybody is now in the hat for random dr-g & alcohol tests,, so yeah enjoy a few beers on a Sunday & get sacked on Monday,,,, sounds like the new H&S guy is doing NOV a favour by getting rid of staff before the redundancy comes in,, :(
Will take more than that although fully agree that the management team is inexperienced and only in it for what they can get with minimum effort!
Overtime at weekends has been a joke for many years. I remember times when they were making cuts due to lack of orders but still they justified overtime for a few. Probably the ones driving the expensive cars in the car park!
We will have no jobs soon. The management are incompetent at doing there job. Rumours have it that some 1 us smoking weed on on nights in rubber shop . The night manager knows he's done nothing about it .because he's sat in his on his chair all night . People are walking all over them especially week ends no supervision. People come i. And sleep for 2 hours People are saying they can't find lads in pump fitting because the hide .we need a change off management. To keep us in a job
