Have heard conflicting things either massive reorg or a layoff. My money is on both. Seeing people reporting their teammates being laid off.

Apparently it was all based on the Skills360 assessment of your skills. And other management "scope of influence" things. People managers need to be level 8 and have at least five reports. But a high performer was laid off, one of the best designers too.
I got a surprise invite with a VP and I have been laid off.
Customer Success Group. I know two other folks who got laid of. Two of us were on a billable project. One of us had high utilization last year. No rhyme or reason for how they picked the lucky ones.
@af pro services.
I am from professional services team and here is what I learned so far from talking to my manager and others: do not know the numbers but lot of people laid off in the Prof services team. Also heard if you have not been reached out till now (2 pm), you may be fine. At least two people I know of were given 8 weeks time and hopefully they can find other roles in the company.
does this happen every year? I'm tired of the layoffs happening around me, last one was September
I got a quick connect scheduled in the morning for noon and have been laid off. I work in professional services.
I am hearing all reorg near me, all Digital. Many are happy with new org. Who knows, maybe I get my turn tomorrow and late in the day.
If you get the meeting. It is what it is.
@ae sorry to hear. What team are you on?
Woke up to a quick connect scheduled with my skip level where other meeting invitees were hidden. Should have saw it coming.
Manager called just after 9am ET. No impact to my specific team. Gave me a damn heart attack. Flashback to my Oracle layoff a few years back.
No info on other adjacent teams.
Services impacted. Haven’t heard of other Orgs… yet.
If you get a meeting with somebody who isn't your manager it's hard enough if it isn't a quick connect. Usually that is a tell, but not always
Which country are u from who got invites
@a2 everyone on my team has a 15-30 min meeting with their manager or skip level before 1pm EST
I got the same weird quick connect meeting.
I have a quick connect also set up on my calendar.
Got the mysterious quick connect invite today from a guy who isn't my manager. Not a fun way to work.
I know several people who are now laid off in services. Some here more than 15 years.
Anyone have a meeting setup by manager ? I have one and concerned if I will get the news.
