Too many recruiters posting shocker posts on LinkedIn. What is that about ?

Turn over of 10% every year. Hence they need recruiters.
@ax well yeah but that's not the point of this post. The post i think refers to the massive number of useless recruiters we have that have no job but hire individuals and then lay them off. Hiring is stalling and the recruiters HR department seems futile
Why not split up Amazon before there's another AWS outage? It took almost an entire day to fix an internal DNS outage! More layoffs, more outages, longer ETA's.
Why even have recruiters when engineers are getting laid off ?
