Just saw on where else they are still asking that sham court and judge why Neiman's won't pay it's bills.. The press should be asking.if it did it's job..What a joke... I cut and paste the letter. Am very concerned with the status of this case .Neiman Marcus is claiming record earnings and it's CEO claimed on CNN they didn't need to go bankrupt.
It was "strategic". While he was paid a court approved 10 million.
Neiman has profited from merchandise it didn't even pay for fully.
At 1.7 cents to 34 cents on the dollar. if they even paid that ..
- A known corporate criminal for years. they also received 3.5 million from the city of Dallas. Plus 200 million from Farfetch for an undisclosed investment
- Thus with the self proclaimed change in status they should pay creditors at full amount rather than decline or ask for extensions.
How many more years do those damaged need to wait to be paid? Criminal Neiman Marcus has years of unruly behavior and should not be allowed to continue to damage victims financially while it's attorneys have already raked in over 36 million in this case.The 3 private equity owners have hundreds of billions in assets as well.Making this appear as unfortunate legal abuse in this court..
