I did not receive a Christmas bonus, nor do I have any hopes of receiving one. Has anyone received it?

Used to get a box of Omaha steaks every year but that ended a couple years ago. AIP bonus (if any) pays out in March
Never has been a Xmas bonus. You obviously don't work at Teradata otherwise you would know this. Move along loser
hah! Xmas bonus every year is RIF before thanksgiving for the ones they want to punish and dangle AIP bonuses for the remainder to avoid panic on sinking ship
See earlier post on Q1 2023 layoffs that will hit GSO and CS ... also besides RG, other RIFs but not named yet will disappear and many others will jump ship because they don't want to work for DS and his crew in the toxic environment.
Get ready for major layoffs coming in the first quarter. The rumor is 20-25% will be laid off.
Maybe you are a new associate? Basically it comes out in March during your eval. It has been this way for a very long time. I would say inquire with your manager about the AIP bonus.
