Lets get the finger pointing started early. Its the sales team who sat at home stealing a wage during covid who are at fault. Along side the utter id--ts who allowed the company to not secure new work in a 3 year period and found it acceptable. And while we're at it lets throw some blame at the ops leads who think they place would shut down without them there making an absolute mess of every job to hit the shop.

We should of course go to great lengths to tell our customers about an impending re-organization. They love to hear about stuff like this from service companies. Pure catnip!
