Look at all the upper management installed from that failure of a company ION. There’s a reason they failed. I give TGS maybe 2-3 years before the imaging division starts printing red ink.

not much sense in getting very jacked up over an obscure asset basket barely noticed by wall street except for its correlation with oil price. Calm down boys who have an emotional tie to this backwater play.
The tgs takeover of ion is going as well as the ion takeover of aram and oceangeo went !
Anyone who thinks Ion management will have any influence on TGS has not had any experience with takeovers.
The layoffs are definitely coming. The era of easy money is over and companies can no longer finance old debt with new debt. Companies will have to produce marketable goods and services and the Ion upper management hasn’t had to do that since 2008.
Who from former ION management was brought over?
2-3 years hahaha, TGS has overstretched itself attempting to grow and grow so much, I give them until March before they start shedding staff and assets
