No WARN notice required for red badge cuts either
WARN notices aren't required to be filed until the employees are notified. You see, Cisco will give you X amount of days to remain employed. This X days also is the same number of days which is required for the WARN notice. So, inform employees, file WARN notice and wait 60 days -- you're in compliance; no issue.
If one is so sure about impending layoffs, why is there no WARN notices filed?
