A 401k lawsuit is the least of this cesspool’s worries. With all the illegalities and wrongdoings, it might be revolving door of lawsuits.
Well, they were successfully sued at least once before (it's how we got SDBAs). So it isn't surprising the plaintiff's bar is sniffing around again.
