Haven't received my tcp results yet. But ifs its the same as last year where I got 0% raise and embarrassing low bonus, I will not go above and beyond. I will just act my wage. I'm getting sick of being the top performer and taking over others responsibilities yet not being rewarded for it. Now, I know why employees quiet quit.

@bd You wrote that the bonus pool was underfunded by 93% compared to last year's. So is it just 7% of last year's?

It’s not finalized yet but managers already input them in TCP. For my team I get 1.9% of salaries for merit pool /salary increases and was underfunded compared to last years bonus pool by 93%. So I bet that’s approx how it’s looking across the divisions.
