Used to be 10k per year for tuition reimbursement for ALL employees at every educational level. Bring that back.
Fido paid of close to 15k off of my student loan. Abs loved that benefit
almost as good as the technology reimbursement!
It’s a great benefit. It has nearly paid off all my loans. I know it’s only $180/month, but the fact that Fidelity is even doing that is wonderful and it’s one of the reasons why I like working here.
@OP yes we are using it and it's a fantastic benefit.
