Well so much for sir witty blowing ru-p and his friends. Not much return on our millions to the right. Next time offer free donuts to employees on fridays. Literally our security lead cause the largest ever breach screeching health care across America when they needed the most. Many probably died. Who knows. Yet we let these monkeys in security tell business when to blink. They mess up, get bigger funding and now they control us. Even when they treat every employee like sh-t, we still hold for dear life hoping for severance. And these video gamers know that. Such cruelty. Where did honor, duty, selfless sacrifice come out of their tongues except on 11/11. We are godless people replacing glory to money and new world order than to each other. That is the reason we will complain and nothing will get done unless private equity says jump. That is how society fails and silly thing is we should have lasted at least 1 more generation. Those with ears should listen.

It's THE worst employee health coverage and companies are getting this consistent blowback from their employees and dropping it. GOOD.

Gee wiz no way we could have predicted this before 2nd trump presidency. Let’s make sure he gets an award for unifying the world against us. Please thank trump and get him ginormous award for not funding ACA and changing Medicare funding in 2027. Those who voted for him deserve layoff as brainless id--ts. Just like those who allowed Change Health breach. Unfortunately we’re all in the titanic and we’re paying the price for funding the corporate exec with sweetheart golden parachute while they drove the share holder value to oblivion. We are company of tribes led by board puppets bent on personal gains against company values and employee growth. Tuck all you soulless money hungry “leaders”. Turn off the light when you leave.

@OP France is moving away from Teams/Zoom on a Europe-built solution to diversify away from countries with which they are not aligned. Countries and employers have that option and duty. Good luck with Optum doing work outside the USA. That win we had with NHS that was supposed to propel us for billions of Euros in EU EHR implementation work? That's gone for sure!

Employers that care about their employees and their reputation have been dropping UHC and looking elsewhere. It doesn't help when UHC forces providers out of network, leaving employers with increasingly local/RTO staff with few in-network options.

We're in death spiral. While 5 YR TCV contracts build a moat, some are up for renewal every year and that OO after YR 3 hits, too. If 20% of our UHC business is up for renewal each year you can easily imagine mid- to high- single digit hits to overall UHG revenue due to premium losses.
