Sounds like a crush to me...he had one she didn't set boundaries early on in his behavior because she wanted his favor from a professional lens and only when it became a liability ala gossiping about her openly did she start imposing boundaries about not mentioning her name in public and what not (but only from an appearance perspective). I have seen similar behavior with male mgr/ female direct. In fact front row seats I still want to vomit I had to observe. Another example - the male superior/female junior ended up getting engaged to each other in ICRM i think...not too close to that just heard through the grapevine. This is a weak case.
Sounds cringy. Not s-xual harassment. Not a strong case. Just a shakedown for a settlement. Calculation is if settlmement is less than legal fees. Good to be a lawyer with a word processor.
