@1d5 Maybe someday. I certainly have a better chance of becoming part of leadership than you do based on attitude alone.

"The company should give pay raises to the people who do the work." So you feel that everyone who gets pay raises this year did not do "the work"? Keep telling yourself that the only reason you are failing is because other people are unfair instead of looking in the mirror, improving yourself, and, if you think it is all a game, learn how to play it.

"When has the leadership of the company even ONCE demonstrated the willingness to listen to employees' concerns." Employees said that there were too few townhalls under prior management. Since Rich took over, there have been a lot more. Employees voiced concerns about dumping money into the boca office to build condos - the company listened and sold it. Employees said too much was being spent on boondoggle trips for the few - many such trips have been cut and the remaining ones have been reduced. Employees noted that there was no reason for leadership to fly business class or stay at the Palace Hotel or equivalents. You don't see that any more. Just to name a few.

"The Employee Survey was a chance to give feedback but the CHRO gaslighted on the results and tried to blame individual managers for lack of pay raises." Which results were "gaslighted on" and she did not blame individual managers for anything. Did you somehow hear that she felt that individual managers could give more pay raises but chose not to spend the money from their pool? I certainly didn't hear that.

"Many of these postings may be negative but it doesn't mean they're not accurate. Many of us still do care about the company. Unfortunately, more than the company cares about us." It also doesn't mean they are accurate. You don't care about the company. If you did, you would make efforts with the new leadership team instead of assuming they won't listen because your experience with the prior team was negative. No love lost here for prior management, but my guess is you didn't approach them either. You prefer to complain and do nothing positive.

So tired of people like you who can't even admit that things are improving. You have no credibility when you act like they aren't.

@h2 - spoken like a true member of the leadership team. The company should give pay raises to the people who do the work. This is one of the few outlets that people can say how they really feel. When has the leadership of the company even ONCE demonstrated the willingness to listen to employees' concerns. The rank and file are invited to very few internal meetings and how many town halls have we had? The Employee Survey was a chance to give feedback but the CHRO gaslighted on the results and tried to blame individual managers for lack of pay raises. Many of these postings may be negative but it doesn't mean they're not accurate. Many of us still do care about the company. Unfortunately, more than the company cares about us.

@h2 what is actually false about the posts ? Before you gaslight, back up your accusations with hard evidence. You can say they are lies, but you have provided nothing, nothing to refute or dispute. The only thing that is harming the company is corporate spin which everyone see through as lies. And we know for a fact that the C-Suite pays attention to this Board because we know......

After 20 years of Institutional Funds/MOA Funds (non group/individual) there is only $140M invested ? BQS garnered that in 18 months and there are 35 people employed to over see $140M ? Wow. Just wow.

Yeah, the company should give pay raises to people who try to hurt the company by publicly posting negative (and often misleading or downright false) things about the company. If you really cared about the company you would raise these issues during internal meetings or townhalls. Do you really think management is listening to people who post on this board as opposed to the people who actually come directly to them with concerns and solutions?

You are either not employees and just out to hurt the company, or you are cowards.

MoA funds are struggling ! Net outflows over $1.1B in last 12 months. Total asset loss of 8% of portfolio. Still, no one in Capital Management get fired. They keep getting quarterly bonuses, raises, and new titles. Siphoning the pay raises and compensation money from other divisions. No accountability.

mutual has always been committed to lower performing, more conservative investments, because they are for retirement plans, which have cost the firm a massive amount of lost revenue over the years.

not good. looks like really poor positioning, timing, stock selection, or getting ready for a down turn. Has anybody in the investment division been laid off or lost their jobs in the past 2 years ?

@OP apparently the firm spent $100K to get to get us on various platforms so that institutions could invest in these funds but these returns are a bad omen. All the money is going to Vanguard & Blackrock. Very few w/ invest in these funds
