Aren’t we supposed to be paid for disaster relief if our store closed for the winter storm? Anyone know? Central NJ today

If macys informs you 2 hours prior to closing. They don't have to pay you.
If they inform you less then 2 hours they do have to pay you.
You work for the company and have access to the policy. Go look it up in AskHR and read how it works!!!

I believe it’s only if you’re scheduled that day and closure announcement is 2 hours or less before your start time.
