@wn I don't know but when I got back from picking up food I was wondering why three - four cars were blocking the entry and so I dipped around the time that comment came up! Crazy right? I probably shouldve stopped and just had that conversation. I wasn't sure if it was the famous "call" . I really am a kid who wants my life back, if you guys could do it without simultaneously commenting "broken freaking neck" it comes off less intimidating and i'm sure we can have a full on conversation. first we need to know if youre trying to ki-l me or talk to me safely dawg

Why are you worried about a bonus?

All of us pi$$ ants are the reason why EV failed.

We're also the reason why all of the recalls happen year after year.

For God's sake will somebody please think about Farley and his kids who had to see TikTok videos of the conference room hacks.

Another road trip in a Bronco should soothe their PTSD... so stop being selfish and let our glorious leader come up with another seven-figure bonus.

Model e will get a huge bonus, we came in under our planned budget by a lot thanks to us stopping spending midway through the year,. We hardly sold anything so don’t blame the recalls on us, All good here!

We can all bet JF will get his $20mn+ in stock bonuses. Yeah makes me feel real proud to pay an id--t for losing over $19bn .. And lets not forget the BOD. Another group of unqualified people. The only reason some of them are there is because of their name on the building...GLad I took the lump sum. That tells you how much confidence I had in senior management and the BOD.

LL5 to LL2 Full Bonus is which is 50% of the annual salary
GSR5-GSR8 Bonuses are reduced for everyone by 60% due to recalls and slow sales.

You simple fool. Investing in quality takes money. Model e has been hemorrhaging it and vacuuming it up. It's only the success of Ford's ICE products and Pro combined with name plate inertia (and customers that amazingly have some sort of loyalty still) that is allowing your illusion to continue.

After Ford had a record number of recalls last year, employees posting here really think they deserve a bonus? Like Dream On. If Ford decides to hand out anything at all, it should be Performance Improvement Plans. You guys seriously under performed last year. You guys should be more worried about keeping your jobs.

With the record number of recalls Ford had last year. It's the employees that should be blamed. Too many people goofing off all day and not doing their jobs. Since returning to the office, you see young people walking around most of the day with their nose in their phones. They act like they are in high school at the mall. These young people don't even try hiding what they do since they don't believe there is any risk to them. There should be less bonuses going out this year and a lot more Performance Improvement Plans.
