5k baseline but go the back door through your mgr and get full funding and then just leave. Case in point COO of a pet co did just that. Be smart

It is all outlined in your benefits. I average about $20k in savings and on benefits like education every year

so if you're part of the program, you are a layoff risk

Yes, I got a Bachelors using mostly Dell’s money. You pay for the semester upfront, then at the end of the semester, you upload your grades and they will reimburse the tuition, books, but not the fees. All in all, I got a bachelors for $6k out of pocket.

Don’t let your career die at Dell, take advantage of all the benefits while they are still there. Get a degree, certs, fitness reimbursement. Take advantage like they do the employees.

The key thing here that you must pay yourself first and then you get 90% of that back when you graduate. But there's a catch. If you get laid off , they won't pay you sh--e as tuition reimbursement policy states that it applies if you're employee only.

Yes. And they are fairly liberal about it.
I know of several people that got masters degrees on line and one BA at Dean College at a hybrid program.
Coincidentally, University of Phoenix has programs that cost $11,000. Two years of the reimbursement - time it right and you get a degree on Dell.
