Good: dispersed accountability, wfh, booze is always flowing, money
Bad: working with, and worse for, women and queers
well yes!
Shell GOM/GOA has been able to rest on its laurels (e.g. Mars basin) for decades. It's enabled weak leaders. The company can be terrible at what it does and still make a ton of money. Those days are numbered, though.
