You want to slow innovation and therefore growth? Join a union. Unions are designed to protect the status quo.
I've said the same for over 30 years. All workers, not just blue collar.
But everyone gobbled up the anti union propaganda and here we are.

the window to organize may feel late, but it’s not closed. like planting a tree, the first chance was decades ago - the second chance is now, especially if you’re early in your swe career with little to lose.
