@OP at my place, there is no mid-year promos since 3 years minimum... Only the january cycle. You must be fall out from the list (happend with my teammate as well this year...)
@OP Promotions are done twice a year and the last cycle would have gone into effect January 1 so if you haven’t heard by now, I would say you are most likely out of luck. Your manager should be able to find this information out pretty easily from HR or their own manager. The next cycle will be in May if they decide to keep the 2x/year cycles they have done previously. Off cycle promotions can happen but those are generally reserved as a retention tactic for people who are threatening to quit because they have a competing job offer.
