Pretty skimpy package. When I left Cisco ( I volunteered way back when they were paying us OG's t leave so they could hire younger cheaper talent to take over the market we had already teed up for them , oh and guess what it was the idea of Rick Justice from HP, a total slug) they gave me one year full pay and OTE, paid vacation out, medical for four months ( didn' t need it had military Tricare), another 2500 shares of fully vested stock on top of what I already had from over nine years (1993 timeframe) and a hire back after six months clause. Walked away a happy man, but boy the taxes I paid that and the next year as the stock sold which at the time was at $145.00 a share strike price 16.00. Times have changed.
