Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Always 3/3 last 3 yrs

Last 3 yrs 3/3 , same bonus same increament 1.5%.doesnt even meet inflation. More commute , different managers to adopt, constant priority changes.
I dont understand what else to do to lift to 2 rating.

What I understood from my first year at citi was, manager can give any excuses to give you a 3. So from the very next year, i started collecting feedbacks and writing every detail of what i did in performance review form during mid year and year end.

From many years of experience I can tell you the year eval doesn't matter just as long as you dont get a 4. My manager submitted a 2 and HR or who ever decides to lower it lowered me to a 3. I've only had 1 year I got a 1 rating and it was only because I was promoted right before the end of year so I wasn't eligible for a raise so that's why I got it mind you ever year in score card ranking I'm ranked 1st or 2nd based of performance so that why I always tell everyone dont even worry about it no matter how hard you work it's purely based on another random department lowering your score.
