Too much money involved it will go through.Ns is just as bad if not worse than up
@OP if it was up to STB Vena he would be celebrating merger approval at base camp on his bday...yet UP Vena didnt even give a clear answer if/when his revised application will be fired. Lol. Funny stuff....what a PROcess! Imagine how quickly the STB Vena would approve merger if had a double espresso in him this morning.
But utu has a job for life, or tell you forget to point at a switch.

That's surprises you? It doesn't surprise me at all. There's some folks in the government that are now asking for additional information regarding how the merger is going to affect employees, future employment efforts and other operational garbage if the merger is approved. That should be fun to watch Vena try to BS his way through that especially with his track record. Stay tuned!
