Our clinical appeals dept just received notice our metrics are increasing again for the nurses. So over this place and the horrendous management!

Sounds like all insurance companies treat nurses the same!

so wish they'd offer layoffs cause I'd jump at it
Yep...they don't care one bit for any of the appeals nurses...only their bonuses for driving the rest of us into early graves.
