If you are one of the H1-B workers who were given wrong dates on termination Vs exit date out of the country and were later notified to move out '2' months in advance (june 6th preponed to apr 6th), please contact your attorney. This is not right. Negligence on their end shouldn't cost you. I am hearing this happened with many. We all come with an understanding of consequences of losing job but mis-communication of this kind is not right.
