I’m on board with that, bring in the new blood with innovation and forward thinking. Bring in the visionaries. This includes Jane. She’s old guard, right? The Citi vision needs to be more than ‘wait and see what the other banks are doing, then play catch up’.

Agreed, the place is toxic. Management would rather run off good people rather than run off toxic managers. You are correct.
That's not Jane's plan. Her plan is to drive up stock price by eliminating expenses. Biggest expense is people. Citi is toxIc. No "new blood" worth their salt is coming here. Do you even work here?
