As many of you know, there are almost 300 spots for VSP in France.
Till now, only a punch of people (less than 30) have applied.
They are basically offering the same package of 2 years ago and expecting people to leave lol, especially with the current situation

It's almost like we should follow the example of those European countries and push for political and organizational change in the Americas.
There's a reason they have better worker protections than we do.
It's BS that countries like France have these employment rules and the Americas just give you the finger. This company was founded in America and many folks have worked a long time to help build Dell where it is today. And what do we get? THE SHAFT
All I got was four weeks and a year long membership to the Jelly of the Month club! lol
@ad it seems like that, based on seniority and it would be a minimum of 45k€ and other benefits.
I guess people are not satisfied since it’s the same amount of 2 years go
So what happens if they are in the list and they don't take the VSP? Would be they fire with only the legal compensation?
