Citigroup has been struggling for decades now for the same reasons. It has too many chiefs who do nothing but collecting pay checks. Start from PBWM IT, Anyone above TPM all the way up to MD, add no value and Citigroup would never miss a beat.
Layoffs will continue. We still have a long way to go to meet Jane's 20k by the end of 2026. I am not sure we are halfway there. So layoffs and methods to drive you out on your own will continue through the year.

just heard march 11/12 will be RIFs...and mid june, too
To me, the tone of Jane’s most recent announcement leads me to believe that layoffs will continue regularly throughout 2026.
