Can we please hire some good sales managers. Why are we paying 4-10m a year in GP payouts for a job that we could get for 300k. They would actually have the skills to do the job other than being "a nice guy". Where is enterprise reimagine when you need it? They are the low hanging fruit.

I with for the market leaders... its always who is the biggest chump with leadership that gets the role... I see it first hand daily.
I work for a level ten 2 advisor. I have never spoken to an area leader/market leader. They have never once called the office for something over ten years. How is it possible, that 4 market leaders can't make a phone call to a top advisor? We just laugh about how poor our leadership is.
