"Follow the Sun" with three shifts is way, WAY different than FtS with two shifts. (no EU shade)

Truly, it's sickening. HOW DO THESE EXECUTIVES STILL HAVE JOBS?? I cannot believe how long they have lasted after years and years of terrible decisions and failed strategies.
You really think he cares? Take a look at his compensation. He’s pulled well over $100M out of an organization that’s supposed to support nonprofits. His entire time here is filled with terrible outcomes. Poor M&A, poor stock performance, data breach, Everfi, his DUI, and gross mismanagement in general. The executive leadership team is wildly ineffective and is resorting to financial engineering as a last-ditch effort to cash out on their way out the door. Propping up the stock price for a final payout appears to be the only objective left.
