When do we get our 2% Pay Rise this year.

Agree that Fiserv is not competitive with salaries and anyone is welcome to look elsewhere. But the job market when you left 7 years ago is not what it is today. White collar jobs are in a depression. The job market is atrocious.
April first. But they will forget some steps so you get it late at the end of April and it is backdated.
Do they backdate to january
Start looking and get out of there. There are better jobs out there that pay way more. It would have taken me 40 years at OFD to get the bonuses I have gotten in the past 7 years at my new place. Also this is all cash bonus no RSUs. Also 3+% pay raises per year.
We haven't even done reviews yet. Bonus season is usually March.
