I'm trying to wrap my head around how Wayfair is skirting around reporting layoffs on the Boston Warn site.

We definitely don’t matter. Got laid off even as a top performer
It is because it has to be a certain percentage of the company employees, and while this was a lot of people affected, it wasn’t enough to qualify for needing a warn act
I feel like they were able to lump it in with the warehouse closure. The previous ones were being talked about all over the news and internet
Maybe because the people were remote? I was really hoping there would some news coverage on it somewhere. Kind of makes me feel more like I don't matter.
