I heard the retention bonuses were being used to ensure key people stay until their job is transferred to KC. Announcement will be made in about a year so stay another 6 months for the stock to vest. KC opens early 2027, smaller sites close by end of 2027.

They gave up to 30K to relocate for a 2 year contract. Negotiate if they offer this to you. And signing a contract to stay only leads to a different kind of misery.

If you owned your home you got 20K, if you rented you got 5K, a choice between 8K cash or 10K stocks, a raise, and 8K on top of it.

I would not sign a contract for less than 5K. Not for this company.

Some got as much as $15k including cash so don’t know what you’re bi--hing about on behalf of everyone. Haven’t heard anything about RTO considering they are not building a parking garage now and are petitioning for an exemption on the in office requirements. Stop spreading bullsh-t.
