Set the foundation by demanding answers from execs and ask the real questions in employee meetings and call out the planted questions. She gave us marching orders, now it’s time to hold our leaders accountable. Demand answers and direction. They expect that from us. Perhaps management should join our union partners when they strike.
Verizon is a rudderless ship just blowing wherever the wind takes them while leadership puts post-its with meaningless quotes on the windows.
Makes me want to puke. Yes a foundation would be nice from our leaders. Yet they are the ones who have had Verizon in constant chaos and overlap for years with endless reorgs breaking things apart and then putting them back together and then doing it again. VGS especially is a complete disgrace for how it’s been created and run. Middle management has no clue of the reorgs until emails come out which often leave ambiguity and confusion with many roles. The bully bosses demand compliance and everyone is too afraid to anything but yes sir, yes maam or yes they in fear of being targeted. This is not a culture OS to be proud of. The culture will not improve when the chro doesn’t even address that vz leadership chaos is the root cause of so many issues - and then asks the minions to set the foundation? Give me a break. Nobody should invest in this company.
