@db and how's that cheap labor working out?
I know of a few colleagues that have received the VSP email. None have accepted as it’s not a great offer. Anyone have insight if another RIF is imminent?
They are all replacement headcount for the Voluntary Separation Program and the upcoming RIF in February. They are replacing the few remaining knowledgeable employees taking the VSP with cheap labor in offshoring countries... it's been the ELT's strategy for the past 5 years now.
@am can you tell me what's wrong with Teradata, genuinely curious? I'm here everyday and love the culture that is fostered her and I think our ELT does care about us in the trenches...
