BS vs Turnaround

BS is at the core of everything Verizon upper management does. So much so that they’ve started giving awards for “delighting the customer” to employees who have never interacted with a customer from near or far!

I don’t know if Dan Schulman is serious about turning the company around but it won’t matter because even if he’s serious, this kind of BS is going to nullify his plans. They will tell him whatever he wants to hear but won’t deliver while laughing all the way to the bank.

But don’t feel sorry for Dan. He’ll also be laughing all the way to the bank.

HR is a bunch of clowns as well… employees taking 20 weeks of non consecutive leave with no repercussions. They make it way too easily to game the system with Sedgwick

They confuse shocking the customer with delighting them, yet their actions steadily erode the company’s reputation and value. Despite charging premium prices, the network fails and the customer experience suffers. For the millions they earn in salaries, they simply echo what Dan and the Street want to hear.

Agreed, so much BS posts on Linked In and I know these pple personaly never gave a $hit about customer…..all they cared was to carry toxic and BS employees in the regions. Not data or result driven atall. Sooner or later these VP’s will be exposed especially what they did in Nov.
