He keeps losing more people because the smart ones won't work for him - utterly ineffective and we continue to not address. It's a mess and that is why people are leaving! They do not want to make changes and will continue to bleed clients and talent. It is that simple.

NOTHING will change is sales until Chris is shown the door. He is useless and expensive to keep around!!!!!!!!!! His Rolodex expired during the last ice age. Show him the door and the other useless First Data guys he protects. He used to say the best thing going for Fiserv was we had Frank - what a joke!

What's not working is outdated, over priced products with terrible customer service. As a Fiserv core client, we deal with it daily.
We’ve lost some really good people because of this, including more than one attempted replacement, mainly because he doesn’t seem to know when to step back and let others lead. All he has ever wanted to do is jet set on the CJ and entertain.
CS has been corrupt and self-dealing for years, he has taken stock and payments under the table from numerous clients in exchange for unwarranted price discounts running interference on proper management of the accounts’ revenues. Blue Snap, Flywire, Affinion/CX Loyalty and others were all F&ckett’s deals, where he blocked efforts to properly manage the accounts and reset zero margin pricing for Fiserv based on the accounts poor performance.
Blue snap was fined by the FTC millions of dollars for fraud, Chris’ buddy Ralph D was personally fined as well for deceptive merchant acquiring practices.

Not to mention the pesky sales team run by BBerman is a joke always pulling sales folks away from actually selling to fill out endless logs and busywork. If your sales are down look directly to BB’s leadership. The guy needs to go but instead they keep giving him more employees thus you WILL continue to lose good sales talent. No one wants to be treated like a kindergartener and especially right now with the company in shambles.
What FB brought in was pure rotting leadership.
