@a2 Note IBM is not a kind of company who will employ illegals. They strictly follow the H1B rules. Dont make up things that did not work for you

@a2 To tell you the fact.. HCAM employees with lower salaries were kicked out inspite of the fact that they were skilled than the left overs

@a2 Do not assume things. There are legitimate people with less than 6 years and worked in the same project and client during the US tenure.. No one violated the law

Just came here after reading the Reddit thread. Another immigration program IBM was abusing. These "landed" resources were supposed to be brought over short term to support a specific project/client. Not be on the bench or switch clients. Yet many of them would do just that. It's not that IBM is ending the program it's that they're sending back the ones who were violating the law. Which is over 90% of them.
