JC admitted the AI is not selling point for consumers

Well, well, well, we told you JC that consumers hate "AI" in Dell laptops, after a year you finally admitted it. I wonder if this will be just an excuse for stock market why Dell is not performing as expected.

JC is a fraud. If he was really that talented, other companies would be pounding on the door to grab him up. He makes too much money being the bad cop to MD's good cop persona. JC is a Steven Jobs wannabe, even though he has no vision, talent and not hip.

@aj he won't: the purpose of RTO is to frustrate the living fu-k out of folks and force as much of them to quit. And that still holds.

@aj Realistically, most Execs did not and were not in favor of this. I know that my Orgs C-levels and execs 100% were not for it but they are doing what their boss tells them to do - which ultimately all trickles down from JC... You guys think JC goes into the office 5 days/week for 8 hours, or wfh in his luxury mansion while his servants make him gourmet meals?

He makes 10s of millions of dollars. He could care less about this. He is cruising along and trying new things. What does he care? If it fails, if he fails, if he gets let go, he can retire to a tropical island and laugh his a-s off.

Maybe he’ll realize the RTO was a mistake too.

This. Plus the rebrand. Plus countless other bad decisions. When is he ever held accountable? Instead they print an XPS t-shirt for him to go on stage and blame others for decisions he signed off on. What a joke of a C-suite executive.
