I am a new employee and was wondering when the 401(k) match would hit our 401(k) accounts? I know it’s only $3000 but every little bit helps. Thank you in advance for the information.

@1nq the Rally’s burger joint of the investment world, for sure. Always doing everything the cheapest way they can and then telling you how terrific it is.
That's the cool thing at Stifel - it won't hit! Match requires (1) employed on 01/01 of the matching year (2) employed on 12/31 of the matching year (3) caps at $3k as you note, usually lands early/mid Q1.
The date requirements effectively exclude anyone their first year, and anyone the year they leave.
@OP at my new job they match every month because they're not shady crooks
