Future of Business Sales

Many pieces moving in the business channel, but what do you think the next steps will be?

R2B dissolved and absorbed by B2B
B2B dissolved and absorbed by V2B, R2B, I2B
B2B and R2B dissolved and absorbed by V2B and I2B
Something else

Your first scenario is what will take place initially but the bigger issue is the true ROI on B2B sales. Business accounts swap carriers for new phones and cheaper rates. Eventually they come back once contracts with other carriers expire and we give a discounted rate and heavily subsidized equipment to entice them to make the change and they leave us again once their contract is up. Telco's can't continue to operate with that business model because real new business is down and customers leave when prices are raised so the B2B model overall will change as well. Can't afford to keep it around in its current form due to the number of employees involved in every B2B transaction.
