I'm going to believe that we'll be spared layoffs at least for the first quarter of the year. It's better than being convinced otherwise and stressing over it nonstop. They'll most likely prove me wrong, but you never know. A little positivity never ki-led anybody.

Well TR gave us a good 19 days of 2026 optimism without layoffs. But there are now a number of employees in consultation…

It's coming. We've been instructed to stack rank and then offer up the weakest link.
Was told they changed up the layoffs because people knew they were coming.
If you are concerned, you should be looking elsewhere. Period, end of story.

It doesn’t matter what we believe, stock price, new products, new revenue, the financials, that is what matters. If the financial indicators don’t improve then more drastic changes will be implemented.
There are more layoffs in January lol. And some in February planned. After that I don’t know. TR does something called forever layoffs. So you’re right no point in stressing about it.. they will pip quota you, stack rank you, lay you off regardless of performance. So yeah enjoy do the bare minimum and just wait for your turn to be let go whenever that may be. Happy new years.
