Your college mentors will encourage your university friends to practically force you to go out and they basically manipulate your friends while you're already in a vulnerable position i.e you got trafficked and sh-t. and they make it so you can't say no, they push your friends to push you into folding each time and they hope each time you compromise your values and morals and they just wait and pray. this is what they do. believe me or don't, its to cover either their a-s or someone elses for them because your university is the one that funnels you into places like ford in the first place, its a deal they make and they get rewarded for it. retaining real talent and not some bullsh-t, is a real deal, they don't want that talent to go where they benefit or will be treated with the most respect, only allowed to go to places where you can be watched and controlled. theyll look at companies you're interested in and with their influence they'll ki-l negotiations and talks. they do this behind the scenes and you're a su---r trusting the system. they are ki-ling the potential of talent in their most prime vital years of freedom after college for their own selfish gains, squandering potential by forcing them into a situation where they use all their ability with little reward or personal development or growth. they deny you any option to escape and even benefits offered because they control the entire fu--ing landscape so help me god, do not let your children go to public school or a local university if they are gifted and talented. do not. do not. do not. they watch earlier and plan a long game for control.
