How do y'all deal with 5 day RTO, it must be brutal , no? I know qualcomm isn't the place for "work life balance" which is what I always hear from my peers at QCOM , but do y'all get extra holidays or something? Did they increase the leaves after the 5 day rto change ?

Worst company, worst culture. Only join if you have no other option. Start looking out as soon as you join.
Its not suitable for long-term . If you got short term bonus or benefit , take it and leave
