Stop giving my time to the company for free. Drawing the line in the sand with an 8 hour schedule.

@OP pretty sad to ask that on a layoff site. Must have no life

My goal is to only do what is specifically asked. They fired the guy on my team that took on all the challenges and because he didn’t solve them fast enough looked behind. My motto this year is going to be “what steps do you want me to take”. If my manager doesn’t know, I’ll let them know I’m awaiting their further instruction. There is way too many tasks that are overlapping and difficult to solve. I’m not spending any energy this year. Time to be the d-mbest rock in the box.

Pretty much the same as last year - slack, skate, and shirk while continuing to rack paycheck after paycheck.

Color more coloring book pages and pit together more puzzles! It’s hard work and it shows!

My goal is to be shuffled around in nonstop senseless reorgs to avoid accountability and take guilt free vacations. Proud to work at a company more focused on reorgs than actual work! It’s been a winning strategy for years and it shows. Go beyond!
