Bankruptcy? That's not needed. Krause is doing what they told him: cut as much expense as possible while keeping the business going. This is going to be an India-centric company. They don't need offices in Europe and they don't need much in America. The handwriting is not only on the wall, it's up in the air as skywriting for all to see. Citrix is finished as a BU. You don't have any future here. Hang on as long as you feel is necessary, I get it - but start thinking about career moves.

i believe next step is bankruptcy after drying some customers to the bone
